Price is the least interesting part of a form builder, so we kept it short: three plans, billed once a year, each with the canvas and the live dashboard. What changes is how many responses you can collect, whether answers can branch, and how much your security team wants to see.

start with draft
Five active forms and a hundred responses a month covers a contact flow, an event sign-up and a feedback card. Nothing here needs branching yet.
If / different people need different questions
move to publish
The moment a candle maker and a linen supplier should not see the same page, you want branching. Publish adds it, with your own domain and file and payment fields.
If / someone will ask about audit trails
go straight to enterprise suite
SSO, roles, audit logs and data residency are there for the review you will eventually sit through. So is a success manager who knows your forms by name.

01What am I billed for?
One annual charge for the plan you choose: $159 for Draft, $489 for Publish or $719 for Enterprise Suite. There are no per-seat or per-form add-ons on top.
02When does the charge happen?
At purchase, and then on the same date each year. We email a receipt every time, and a reminder before a renewal so it never arrives as a surprise.
03How do I cancel?
From the billing panel in your workspace, in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you have paid for, and it simply does not renew.
04Can I change plans partway through the year?
Yes. Move up whenever your volume or controls demand it; write to support and we will sort out the difference on your next invoice.
05What happens if I pass my monthly response limit?
You will see the meter climb in billing well before the limit. If a form is about to outgrow its plan, we tell you first, and nothing you have already collected is deleted.
